¿Qué es? Los grupos de consumo son asociaciones de personas que apuestan por otro tipo de consumo, de productos menos artificiales y producidos más cerca, de productores que conocen y con los que estrechan relaciones, eliminando intermediarios. Se organizan para hacer pedidos conjuntos y dividirlos.
¿Qué productos? Verduras y frutas, claro, pero también productos lácteos (leche, yogures, quesos de vaca, cabra y oveja), carne de ternera, cerdo, cordero y pollo, panes y harinas, arroz, pasta y legumbres, y también productos de limpieza, higiene y estética. Todos de alta calidad y ecológicos.
¿Cómo funcionamos? El Grupo de Consumo de Danos Tiempo es una familia (una unidad de consumo) dentro del Grupo Autogestionado de Konsumo GAK-Hortaleza. Realizamos nuestros pedidos semanalmente como unidad y después nos reunimos los martes de 18:30 a 19:30 para hacer el reparto dentro de nuestro grupo. consumodnt@gmail.com
